Tracy was born and raised a Minnesotan with deep roots in the Iron Range. She has always been most at home exploring the woods, the wild, and surrounding lake regions. In 2022, Tracy became a certified Nature Connection practitioner through Wild Rhythms. In her own practice, she has collected over 10 years of experience as a wellness healing guide, community leader, ceremonial facilitator, wild nature coach and cultivated land steward at locations such as the sacred StarHouse and beyond.

Tracy loves to connect while sharing and growing her knowledge of plant-based healing and nature centered practices. She has a deep history of cultivating sacred relationships with the community through plants. Tracy served her Rocky Mountain community through her work and teachings at Rebecca’s Apothecary and the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism, she is excited to integrate that experience with her life back home in Minnesota. Her love of the wilderness has led her to beautiful and remote locations enhancing her deep reverence for land while engaging in reciprocal relationships with the spirit of place. She can be found teaching classes at the Ely Folk School and guiding workshops on retreats, along with private consultations at the Ely Mercantile in her Apothecary.
